Temporarily Not Accepting New General Practice Clients
We’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily not accept new clients as of 5/1/2022. This decision will allow us to focus on our current client and patient relationships; we will update our policies when able. We feel for our community and understand the difficulties in finding veterinary care in North Seattle with recent clinic closures and wide spread staffing shortages, current recommendations are Urban Animal (three locations) for walk-in clinic and Animal Medical Center of Seattle for Urgent Care appointments.
Dr Lamb is welcoming new clients for Rehabilitation Consultations. Please call the clinic directly to schedule.
Due to increased volume of all communication and appointment requests, please allow up to 48 business hours for a response to your request. Please note that all Annual Wellness Exams and New Patient Exams (current clients) will be scheduled a minimum of eight (8) weeks from today’s date. If your pet is experiencing a medical issue that requires assistance sooner than 48 business hours, please give us a call to schedule at 206-706-7800. Thank you!

24-Business Hour Cancellation Policy
Unforeseen events and schedule mishaps take place. We understand and are happy to waive a missed appointment or same-day cancellation the first time it happens, however, for any future missed or same-day cancellations, the full price of that appointment will be charged. To avoid such a charge, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 business hours in advance.
Please cancel on a Saturday for Monday appointments.
These type of visits include new patient, annual, problem, technician, hydrotherapy, laser, exercise and massage appointments.
*Initial rehabilitation appointments are excluded from this policy and always require a 24 business hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise the full appointment fee will be charged.
