Cancellation and Deposit Policy

24-Business Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 business hours in advance. Please cancel on a Saturday for Monday appointments.

If you need to reschedule or cancel the day of your appointment because of an extenuating circumstance, it is at the discretion of the Hospital Manager and/or the Medical Director if the deposit is refundable.

Client Appointment Deposit Policy

A $110 deposit, equal to our exam fee, is required to book appointments made online. This $110 will be applied to your bill at the time of service. Your deposit is refundable until 24 hours prior to your appointment and will be forfeited for any of the following reasons:

– No Call / No Show for the appointment

– Cancelling or rescheduling of appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled date

– Late for drop-off or appointment greater than 15 minutes without prior notification

If you choose to reschedule your appointment after any of the previous circumstances, a new deposit will be required. If you need to reschedule or cancel the day of your appointment because of an extenuating circumstance, it is at the discretion of the Hospital Manager and/or the Medical Director if the deposit is refundable.
